Srinagar: Former IAS officer and Commissioner Secretary rank officer Farooq Ahamad Shah on Monday formally joined National conference.
According to reports Shah formally joined the political party at NC headquarters in Srinagar.
Shah joined the party patron Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah along with other senior leaders.
