Training programme of Supervisory, Invigilation staff held at Shopian

SHOPIAN: A training programme of Supervisory, Invigilation staff for smooth and fair conduct of JKSSRB Accounts Assistant Examination was held today at Mini Secretariat Arhama here with Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Sachin Kumar Vaishya in chair.

The examination is scheduled for 6th March, 2022.

Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that sufficient deployment of Magistrates, Invigilation Staff has been made and all the required arrangements have been put in place for smooth conduct of examination.

Vaishya impressed upon the Supervisory staff for performing their duties with utmost dedication and honesty.

He informed that the District Administration has set up 22 examination centres across the district and added that the OMR examination test will be conducted with the active cooperation and support of Police, Education, Health, Transport and other related departments. Private Schools & Colleges are also extending their full cooperation in conduct of the examination.

He said that Magistrates, Centre Observers and Invigilators are being deployed for smooth conduct of the examination. Besides Flying Squads, General Observers& Chief Inspectors are being nominated for effective supervision and monitoring of the examination.

The District Coordinator JKSSRB imparted training to the Supervisory, Invigilatory and other concerned with regard to conduct of the examination of Accounts Assistant.

Later, the DC visited various Schools of the district to inspect the smooth reopening as physical class work resumed after the Covid-19 pandemic.

He welcomed the students and also interacted with them and the staff. He asked them to follow COVID-19 appropriate behaviour in letter and spirit to ensure safety of students and their families.

Vaishya also visited Government Degree College Shopian and took stock of the arrangements put in place for conducting the ensuing Accounts Assistant Examination.
