Srinagar: Fires were opened by Border Security Force (BSF) men in Jammu’s Arnia sector on a suspected drone hovering along the International Border (IB) on Monday morning.
As per officials, the suspected drone movement was felt after red and yellow colour lights were observed in the early morning along the International Border in the Arnia sector.
The officials said that the alert BSF men fired upon the suspected drone with 25 LMG after which the object took turn towards the Pakistani side.
Following the incident the area was being examined by the forces, said the officials.
It is pertinent to mention that recently a drone was used by some elements to attack a security installation in Jammu.
