Snow slides from rooftop in Sopore, buries minor boy

SOPORE: A seven-year old boy died after coming under snow that fell off the roof of a house in Chrihar village of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district late last evening.

Irfan Ahmed Khan, son of Ghulam Hassan Khan of Chrihar Kalhool died on the spot after the snow slide hit him.

SSP Sopore Javeed Iqbal also confirmed the incident to news agency GNS.
