RAMBAN: District Sheep Husbandry Department, Ramban, today shifted 57 cross bred Rams from Sheep Breeding Farm, Chanderkote to district Doda and Kishtwar.
As per DSHO, Dr. Vikas Gupta the department has shifted Government livestock to Doda and Kishtwar districts for further issuing to local private breeders to enhance the quantity and quality of Sheep.
He said this initiative has been taken to scale up the quantity and quality of livestock in the region which would help sheep breeders to improve their income.
