REASI: Senior Citizens Welfare Forum Katra today handed over a cheque of Rs 21 thousand to Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Babila Rakwal, as Red Cross contribution.
President Shiv Kumar Sharma apprised the Deputy Commissioner Reasi that it has become possible due to best and collective efforts put in by his team members and the massive participation of local inhabitants. He requested for judicious use of the Red Cross funds for the poor and needy during natural disasters & calamities.
Other Forum members Om Parkash Magotra, Ashok Kumar Verma, Rattan Chand, Chuni Lal were also part of the delegation.
