DODA: Trial-cum-selection matches were today held in the discipline of Kho-Kho, Badminton and Volley Ball here at sports stadium Doda today.
The matches for these games would continue for two days.
Around 85 students drawn from various Higher Secondary School, High School and Middle school of Zone Doda participated in the competitions.
The tournament is being held on the directions of Director General of Youth Service & Sports J&K Saleem-ul-Rehman and District Youth Services Sports Officer, Jaffar Hussain Sheikh. Incharge Zonal Physical Education Officer, Doda supervised the matches.
The matches were officiated by Ravinder Singh PET, Vijay Manhas PEM, Anayatullah Gattu PET, Nareshna Devi PET, Majid Wani PEM, Chaman Lal PEM, Vinod Kumar PEM, Satya Devi PET, Akif, Azhar Aziz, Vijay, Daver, Sharik and Parvaiz all REKs.
