NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Saturday stayed the Calcutta High Court single bench order of a CBI probe in the alleged irregularities in issuance of reserved category certificates.
The court stayed all proceedings before the Calcutta High Court and issued notice to the West Bengal government and the petitioner.
The court posted the matter for January 29.
