SRINAGAR: The board of directors has approved the appointment of Satya Narayan Gupta as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank.
An official told new agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that the board of directors approved the appointment of Satya Narayan Gupta as CFO of Jammu and Kashmir Bank during a meeting held on April 22. He said that the appointment shall be made subject to background verification and police records.
“As soon as the candidate fulfills pre eligibility criteria and joins the Bank, the exact date of joining along with the necessary documents will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges. This is for your information and appropriate dissemination,” reads an order.
