KATHUA: District election Authority Kathua on Wednesday dispatched 121 polling parties for Marheen and Nagrota Gujroo here from the Government Degree College – for the Phase V polling for Eight Phase DDC and Panchayat by- elections.
As per Additional Deputy Commissioner, Atul Gupta, a total 121 polling stations have been established in the twin constituencies, of which 28 are identified as Sensitive and 93 as Normal.
The polling for twin DDC seats and vacant panch and sarpanch seats in the Marheen and Nagrota Gujroo blocks is scheduled to be held on December 10 under phase-V of DDC elections.
Nodal Officers and other concerned officers were present on the occasion.
