Though every year World Health Day is being celebrated with a theme to retain health values but this year, the theme was chosen on the emergence and variants of Covid 19 that halted the move of the world at large. The practicing attitude of the developed world got shocked while creating strategies under the roofs of their stay.
The present status of technology of course paid to the extent of making contacts and debates possible in order to project much wanted socio-preventive and vaccination just. Professional abilities, research techniques, experiences of past pandemics and above all time consuming factors for strategic hammering of fast track life was the biggest challenge to the world of progressive claims. It cannot be denied that progression from inception of world came into existence with the passage of time out of various disasters, pandemics those really had boosted the courage in human and communication to researchers.
Covid 19 of course gave restless nights, socio-economic damage; it took lives, made to suffer, sustained the courageous stability too of human but made the scientific world to boost their intellectual & technical capacity for strategic justice to sustain the world of humanity with kit of understanding and vaccination. The debates, consultations, productivity of information, education, and communication all had to go through hard times within the scientific brain but thanks to ancestral players of vision who had left their footsteps those got woven within the present fast track system of scientific technology.
The highest seat of visualization and practicing humanity with health kits at global level i.e. World Health Organization carried the loads as usual because of its constitutional bindings since its foundation, 1948 to maintain and manage the world of movements and advancements but it remained a fact that all including the fastest services of travelling came to halt. It made today`s world to understand that ultimately the Supreme Governance has its own way of action to balance the world of His creativity.
This year out of the practicing attitudes of global sufferings , WHO insisted on *Build Fairer & Healthier World*because mental ailments, socio-economic inequities, soul injuries ,need for re-building standards of worst hit left overs where urbanization had taken a toll on millions around the globe. The other factors to evolve this year`s theme included incompatibility of understandings, incompetence & mismanagement of equality , communication gaps in advocacy , information, communication and above all scaling of equities for betterment of lives around the world to have the human emotions and intellect intact. Like other parts of the world out country also initiated and celebrated the day at various levels of its existence.
The state level programmes included district and sub district level advocacy, communication, information and social and preventive medicine deliberations. At the intellectual levels the highest seats of learning too participated in evolving a strategy to prove human existence at the justified and graded structure of intellect wherein like other seats Islamic University of Science & Technology too assured participation. The main stake holders of health services, scientific research, nursing intellectuals, professionals and authoritative faces were taken on board under the shades of beauties of nature to seek nourishment of souls under the guidance of intellectuals of state.
The seat of learning ultimately out of its debates and messages shook the audience by relating the history, pandemics, human structure, ideologies, strategies, advocacy, communication to inculcate human values based on equality by sharing responsibilities collectively. Among the speakers, Dr. Ab. Rashid Najar, Dy. Director Health Services Kashmir who was, the Guest of Honor representing Directorate of Health Services Kashmir, clearly concluded his speech by adding to the knowledge of audience and people at large that collective response of human structure has been abused by us all in terms of so called high societies and standards that definitely needs to be revisited and evoke a response of feelings when it comes to health.
He further added, at home within family every soul is individualized how can we remove inequities to build fairer, healthier world and paused with a deep breath to say, it definitely needs to crackdown upon ourselves to enable everyone to live with better health possibilities and fight back for collective and convincing life standards to entertain the globe at large with beauties of human health existence.
The belief and faith though being revisited by the centre for various schemes related to health are being implemented but it too remains on records that our country set the records by providing vaccination to defeat Covid 19 at the ground levels, though the second innings is drastically involving deaths at a higher rate as compared to last year but preventive measures is the need of hour. The knowledge and experience is reminding of *Prevention is better than Cure* which of course may help to build fairer, healthier world around but at collective levels.
