DUBAI: Abu Dhabi is eliminating its licensing system for the purchase of alcohol after Dubai repeatedly loosened its own rules to boost sales and tourism amid the Covid pandemic. Previously, individuals needed a licence to purchase, transport or have alcohol at home.
