SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik on Sunday said that there is no let up in “Indian oppression” even on Eid day as “pellets were showered on Kashmiris while targeting their chests and heads.”

Malik today visited SKIMS and enquired about the health condition of injured Abdul Majeed War who was injured during clashes yesterday in Soura.

Malik said the young man became the latest “victim of Indian Pellet terrorism and is battling for his life.”

Malik met with Waar’s family and expressed solidarity with them.

He also met the doctors looking after Waar and enquired about his health condition.

“There is no let up in this oppression even on Eid day and pellets continued to be showered on Kashmiris targeting their chests and heads,” Malik said.

He also prayed for an early recovery of the injured.
