Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan Sunday said Pakistan was proud of its citizen Mian Naeem Rashid who martyred trying to tackle the attacker at mosques in New Zealand city of Christchurch.
In a tweet, the prime minister also announced a national award for the citizen. “Pakistan is proud of Mian Naeem Rashid who was martyred trying to tackle the White Supremacist terrorist and his courage will be recognized with a national award”, he said.

Foreign Office spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal Sunday confirmed that a total of nine Pakistani citizens died in the horrific terrorist attack on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand.
