Srinagar: A woman candidate withdrew her nomination for the municipal polls in Kashmir capital city Srinagar on Friday.Muzamil Jan who had filed nomination from 4-Dalgate ward of Srinagar withdrew her nomination hours after two National Conference workers were shot dead by unknown gunmen in Habba Kadal area of the city.
National Conference and the PDP have condemned the killing of the two workers. A third worker was wounded in the attack in Karfalli Mohalla.
