Pulwama: Militants on Thursday evening attacked a patrolling party of Jammu and Kashmir Police in Rajpora area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
A police official said that around 7:40 pm militants opened fire on a police party in Rajpora area of the district.
“The policemen immediately retaliated to the fire,” he said, adding that no loss of life or injuries was reported.
The entire area has been cordoned off to nab the militants, the official said.
