SRINAGAR: Militants opened fire on a police party near the dental college in Kaka Sarai area of Srinagar city.
Quoting official sources, GNS news agency reported that the militants opened fire on a police Naka near the dental college, resulting in injuries to two cops and as many civilians.
They said that the militants managed to escape from the spot.
The whole area has been cordoned off, said an official.
