SHOPIAN: Militants attacked an army patrol at a village in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Sunday.
A police official said that militants opened fire on a patrolling party of 34 RR in Poterwal village around 4:20 PM.
The army men, according to the official, returned the fire.
However, there was no immediate report of any fatalities, he said.
