kulgam: Police on Saturday said that no militant body has been recovered from the site of a firefight in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district even as searches were going on in the area.
A police offcial said that the search operation is going on at Kujar where the militants and goverment forces exchange brief gunfire.
The officer further said that after search of three hours no militant body has been recovered yet.
Earlier, news agency said that a police officer said that a militant was killed in the shootout.
