JRL calls shutdown in poll-bound areas in Kashmir tomorrow

SRINAGAR: The joint resistance leadership (JRL) on Friday asked people to observe a complete shutdown in the areas going to Panchayat polls tomorrow (November 24).

The leadership has asked people to boycott the Panchayat elections.
