SRINAGAR: The Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) on Sunday called for valley wide tomorrow shutdown tomorrow against the civilian killings in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Taking to Twitter, Mirwaiz while condemning the killing of five civilians in Kulgam said the JRK will hold a protest sit-in at Lal Chowk against the ‘Kulgam mayhem.’
“To strongly condemn &protest the mayhem unleashed in Kulgam by the ruthless Indian state in which so far 5 civilians & 3 armed youth killed besides injuries to tens of scores of injured, JRL calls for complete #Shutdown tomorrow, JRL will hold a #ProtestSitin on Tuesday at Lal Chowk,” Mirwaiz wrote on his twitter handle.
