NEW DELHI: India and Nepal will hold a structured meeting next week in Kathmandu, the first at a high level after nine months during which bilateral ties have travelled downhill.
After Nepal media prominently published the news, sources confirmed the move late in the evening but sought to project it as routine monitoring of Indian projects in Nepal.
