TRAL: Clashes erupted in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district following a gunfight between militants and government forces in the region on Tuesday.
Reports said the youth took to streets and started pelting the forces with stones near Bus Stand Tral.
All the shops were closed and traffic went off the roads, they said.
Earlier, a gunfight broke out in Chankitar village of Tral after forces launched a cordon and search operation in the village.
Reports said that two to three militants are believed to be trapped in the area.
