Ramadan moon sighted in J&K, holy month to begin tomorrow: Grand Mufti

SRINAGAR: The Ramadan moon was on Tuesday evening sighted in Jammu and Kashmir and the fasting will commence from Wednesday, Grand Mufti, Nasir-ul-Islam said.

Talking to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam said that the confirmation about the Ramadan moon has been received from everywhere in Jammu and Kashmir and thus the fasting will commence from tomorrow (Wednesday).
