RAJOURI: In continuation of its drive of removing the illegal encroachment of Government buildings, the District Administration Rajouri today vacated another Government building from the illegal occupants.
The vacated Panchayat Ghar Neili in Tehsil Manjakote was under illegal occupation for the past six years.
The Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Rajesh K Shavan after getting apprised of the matter immediately deputed a team of the Executive Magistrate and police and got the building vacated.
The Panchayat Ghar building was taken into possession and handed over to the RDD on the spot.
The public of the area appreciated the intervention of the District Administration and assured the Deputy Commissioner to report more such cases from the area for the overall development of the area.
The Deputy Commissioner has already issued necessary directions to all the field functionaries to identify and vacate such Government buildings.
