Srinagar: Crime Branch Kashmir on Tuesday said that the Special Judge Anti Corruption Srinagar has rejected the bail application of Mohammad Yaqoob Bhat, a Senior Assistant in Advocate General J&K Office.
As per CBK, Bhat was arrested by the Crime Branch in connection to running an alleged fake recruitment last month. The accused had posted fake orders on social media pertaining to recruitment.
However, CBK via tweet said that Bhat’s bail application was rejected and said that he was arrested by them in an alleged fake recruitment scam.
“Special Judge Anticorruption Srinagar has rejected the bail application of Mohammad Yaqoob Bhat, Senior Assistant in Advocate General’s office, who was arrested by the Crime Branch in alleged fake recruitment scam,” said CBK in a tweet.
