Director for maximum participation of students, teachers, parents
JAMMU: Directorate of School Education Jammu in collaboration with Institute for Career Studies (ICS) international is going to organize a webinar on the topic ‘FUTURE-READY FOR POST-COVID CAREERS’ on June 13th from 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
Leading career consultant and one of the pioneering career counsellors of India Dr. Amrita Dass will be addressing the session which especially aims at to benefit thousands of students of the region by taking career development to them in these challenging times.
The session will cover topics like need and importance of career counselling, post Covid-19 careers, making ideal subject and career choices, building employability skills, strategic planning for a happy and successful future. There will also be question and answers after each subtopic.
The session is being organized by DSEJ through its Counseling Cell and is open for Students, Teachers and Parents. The webinar will be live-streamed on #YouTube and #Facebook page of counselling cell of Directorate of School Education Jammu.https://www.facebook.com/Counsellingcelldsej
Anuradha Gupta, Director School Education Jammu, has asked the Chief Education Officers of Jammu Division to ensure online participation of students, parents and teachers from government and private schools as well. She also called upon private school students, their teachers and parents to join the webinar. “The Directorate of School education is committed to provide professional guidance and counselling to students in these challenging times”, she asserted.
Romesh Kumar Sharma, Head counselling Cell said that series of such webinars will be organized in future depending upon the needs of the students.
