UDHAMPUR: A meeting of the District Level Committee on Change of Land Use today approved 13 cases here ait its meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, Saloni Rai.
A total of 33 cases were presented for consideration regarding the change of land use. The DLC committee approved 13 cases, while 07 cases were rejected, and 13 were deferred for further review.
The DC inquired about the status of NOCs issued to applicants in earlier cases and the follow-up progress by the concerned departments.
Necessary directives were issued to ensure the timely issuance of NOCs after meticulous document verification. The DC emphasized the importance of field certification before finalizing the applications.
Among others, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Dr. Umesh Shan, SDM Chenani Gurdev Kumar and other concerned officers.
