DODA: During the visit of District Development Commissioner Dr Sagar D Doifode to the Gandoh area on April 16, the demand was raised by the farmers of Gandoh area regarding the requirement of Hybrid seeds for Kharif season.
The DDC immediately took up the matter with the Agriculture department and the matter stands resolved. Chief Agriculture Officer Doda informed that 90 quintals of maize seed has arrived and another 90 quintal is arriving today and is being dispatched instantly to Gandoh and other parts of the district. He also informed that 180 quintal of maize and fodder seed has been already distributed and supply is regular.
