RAMBAN: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ramban, Nazim Zai Khan today inaugurated Aadhaar enrollment centre here at Government City Middle School (GCMS).
Chief Education Officer, Vinod Kumar Koul; DESO, Gopal Singh and other officers besides technical staff of Aadhar were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC informed that Directorate of Samagra Shiksha JK, School Education Department has started Aadhar enrollment of left out school children (age group 5 -18) throughout the UT and to achieve the 100% enrolment.
He further said that for district Ramban 22 AADHAR enrolment centres have been sanctioned. These newly sanctioned AADHAR enrolment centres shall be established in different schools across the district.
