KULGAM: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat today chaired a District Level Screening-cum-Coordination Committee (DLSCC) meet here, to resolve various pending cases.
During the meeting several cases pertaining to victims of militancy-related incidents were listed, and a total amount of Rs. 12 lakh was sanctioned as compensation in favour of SRO-43 cases Rs. 4 lakh each among three victims, and two cases were also cleared for further consideration by the concerned quarters.
Among others, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Dy. Superintendent of Police, Hqs. and other members of the Committee were present in the meeting.
