ANANTNAG: The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Anantnag, Anshul Garg today convened a meeting here to review the progress of works approved under Pradhan Mantri Khanji Kshetra Kalyan Yojana (PMKKKY) in the district.
The meeting was informed that 59 works with a total cost of more than Rs 3 crore were approved in the district under PMKKKY for PDD, Jal Shakti, Health & other departments. Out of these, 40 works have been completed so far and the rest are under various stages of execution.
Stressing upon the concerned officers to expedite the pace in ongoing works, the DDC also asked them to provide the list of delayed works along with requisite reasons.
Garg also directed the officers to submit the Utilisation Certificates in the Chief Planning Office for the completed works.
The meeting was attended by SEs Electric O&M Circle Bijbehara & Jal Shakti Ang., ACD, CMO, CAHO, DFO Lidder, CPO, DPO & other concerned officers.
