REASI: To review the action taken on deliverables for the year 2023-24, Deputy Commissioner, Reasi Babila Rakwal today convened a meeting of the officers of different departments here in the Conference Hall of DC office Complex.
The DC took a comprehensive review of all the Departments regarding realization of deliverables and directed the officers to focus on adherence to the timeline set by the government.
At the outset, the officers and heads of departments apprised the Deputy Commissioner about the progress made so far and future action plan.
The DC asked the departments to put in extra efforts to further improve the Ranking of District Reasi on the performance index.
She asked the functionaries to highlight their achievements, best practices and furnish the report regarding the achievements on a regular basis.
The DC also exhorted the departments to devise a viable framework and prioritize implementation of these deliverables so as to improve monitoring and assessment of performance at different levels.
ADDC Jyoti Slathia, ADC Abdual Star, CPO Sunita Kanchan, ADC, DFO, Xen’s PWD, XEN PMGSY and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
