Attends 40 calls in one and a half hour session; directs for early remedy of people’s issues
REASI: Deputy Commissioner, Reasi Charandeep Singh, today launched Public Grievances redress campaign ‘Reasi Beeps-Beat the Pandemic’ to reach out to the common masses and resolve their issues.
Under the campaign, the DC will listen to the public issues and redress them promptly on every Tuesday from 11A.M to 12:30 P.M.
“This unique initiative has been launched to stay connected with the public during the COVID pandemic ” said the DDC after the culmination of one and a half hour session during which he attended 40 public calls.
The move, he said, will instill public confidence in the district administration during this pandemic.
During the session, the people from different areas of the district projected developmental demands and grievances to the notice of district administration.
The DC directed the concerned officers and officials to redress the grievances of people on priority. He also appealed to the public to follow Covid appropriate behaviour. He also issued on spot directions to the concerned authorities on issues of urgent nature.
