KULGAM: With the beginning of Yoga Week themed ‘Be with Yoga, Be at Home’ from today, the Department of AYUSH, Kulgam today organised a Yoga session at Mini Secretariat, here.
The Yoga session was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat.
The DC along with employees from various departments participated in the Yoga session and performed various Yoga Asanas.
Speaking on the occasion, Nodal Officer AYUSH, Dr. Abdul Rehman said that during this week-long programme Yoga sessions will be organized at different places.
He informed that the focus of the programme is to involve more and more people in Yoga activities for their various health benefits.
