KULGAM: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam Dr. Bilal-Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today chaired a meeting of officers to take stock of preparations for the Back to Village phase- 4 programme here at Mini-Secretariat.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner took stock of activities of various departments which are being carried under Jan Abhiyan.
He instructed officers to ensure achievements of deliverables by their respective departments.
The DC directed all line departments to submit proper action plan for the smooth conduct of B2V4 programmes across all Panchayat halqas of the district.
Line departments were instructed to submit action taken reports on all works and targets identified and taken up in previous B2V programmes.
The DC issued instructions for the 100 percent grievance disposal and target achievements.
He directed to ensure all arrangements are put in place in all panchayat halqas for smooth conduct of B2V4 programmes.
The meeting was attended by ADDC, ADC, JD Planning, ACR,ACD, SDM, Exens, from PDD, PHE, CEO, CMO, DYSSO, DSWO and other district and sectorial officers.
