CRPF man injured in Tral grenade blast

TRAL: A paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) man was wounded in a grenade blast in Tral region of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Friday.

Reports said that suspected militants hurled a grenade at a CRPF vehicle near 180 BN of the force in main town Tral at 5:55 pm.

A CRPF man sustained splinter injuries in his foot in the attack and was immediately shifted to hospital for treatment where his condition is said to be stable.

The injured man was identified as driver Sipul Kumar.

An official said the area was cordoned off to nab the attackers.
