BARAMULLA: Female councilors from north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday alleged that they were harassed by Municipal Committee (MC) Chairman and two other persons last night at a local hotel in Gulmarg.

The councilors told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that yesterday they were sleeping in a local hotel in Gulmarg after traveling with their family members from the home. “On late-night, MC Chairman Umar Kakroo, Councilor Ashiq Hussain Ganaie, and one BDC Chairman entered into our room.
