SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress (JKPCC) Committee today clarified that it won’t be part of any confidence motion moved by BJP in SMC Srinagar.
The Party Spokesperson in a statement issued to news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that they will not be part of any BJP design.
Under current depressing circumstances (pandemic), the Party prefers to address the problems confronting people instead of indulging in such things, he said.
He further said that SMC Corporators irrespective of party lines should remain steadfast to help people in combating pandemic rather than getting involved in no confidence motion. “We won’t be part of any BJP design,” he added and said Congress have nothing to do with the current happenings in SMC nor it will support BJP in this regard.
