KUALA LUMPUR: China is sending eight senior medical experts to Malaysia to facilitate efforts to combat the Covid-19 pandemic here.
In a Facebook post today, the Chinese Embassy here said the eight experts are:
1. Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine vice-president Dr. Li Jun
2. Guandong Provincial People’s Hospital Associate Chief Physician of ICU Dr. Wen Miaoyun
3. Guandong Provincial People’s Hospital Nosocomial Infection Control Department director Dr. Zhang Youping
4. Guandong Provincial Centre for Disease Control and Prevention Chief Physician Dr. Liu Tao
5. Guandong Provincial Institute of Public Health General Study Office Deputy-Director Dr. Sun Jiufeng
6. Guandong Provincial People’s Hospital Respiratory and Critical Medicine Chief Physician Dr. Yang Shifang
7. Guandong Provincial People’s Hospital Infection Department Chief Physician Dr. Luo Xiaodan
8. Guandong Provincial People’s Hospital Senior Psychologist Dr. Liu Xiangxin.
