SRINAGAR: The 111th meeting of the Building Permission Authority (BPA) held today under the Chairmanship of the Vice Chairman, J&K-LDA in at Office Complex, Srinagar. 44 cases were decided in the meeting out of which 43 cases were approved, 01 case was deferred.
Meanwhile, the demolition team of the Enforcement Wing Lakes and Waterways Development Authority, demolished illegal constructed in the area of Harwan, Tailbal, Shalimar, Dal and Baghi Roop singh. These illegal constructions were raised in violation of BOCA norms and the orders of the High Court.
Moreover, the Tripper/Load carrier owners are directed not to carry any type of illegal construction material in the prohibited area of Dal/ Nigeen Lake without proper permission from the concerned authority.
Vice Chairman J&K LDA who is also the Chairman of BOCA has requested the people residing in the local judication of LDA to apply for proper building permission through its building permission authority, before starting any sort of Construction.
