Traffic management is not a child`s play but of course a collective responsibility that can redesign or reorganize the mismanagement or dejected responsibility. Though much heard about the practicing attitude of Mr.Basant Rath, the pace of management still remains a dream in terms of other aspects as well. To quote rightly, it is of course not Mr.Basant who can manage but a collective responsibility of governance as well as civil society at individual and collective level.

Unfortunately, shifting concepts describing the social formation are not visible on the ground. Neither the government nor the moving market plying on so-called widened roads where bottlenecks gridlock the conflicted souls appears a mess that shall never end. The mess has turned itself violent and to end such violence, intermediation among the stakeholders has to be taken care of through various chapters of its realization. Though to be heroic or to prove hero may not yield results but society or the community or the revolving market of mechanical tendencies needs a research of patience.

The present arena of every creative version of life or choice colloids or shares the platform but conscience regarding interests of advancement remains a million dollar question. The social activities realizing the pattern of such violence blame the individual holding the stick to rule where collective attitude remains to be ensured. The management of traffic is seen observing yearly limited participation of NGOs even to project or make aware the public about the rules and regulations of traffic but it has to be quarterly.

The profit structured minds or absence of unified definitions carry a meaning that really has the mirror to exercise the cultured or civilized abilities. The organizational pattern at zonal, regional or national level needs to be taken care of by way of understanding the society or community at the collective conscious level. It all does not happen because every soul being the conflict carrying hundreds of stories and depicting illogical, irrelevant and unethical practices at the ground level.

Every component of life political, cultural, social or economic has ultimately reflected the mess while operating upon the realism of civic sense that needs reconsideration and continued educational programmes from the concerned department. But this all can only happen if the traffic department is created as a separate one to train and retain the values that otherwise has left bottlenecks those need orientation of people at large.

Let us hope that Rath Impact could not do justice but justice, if realized at collective levels, shall lead to a healthy life where bottlenecks shall have no place and life shall be entertainable.
