Jammu: SMVDU Students attended six-day ‘Students Excellence & Learning Program’ (SELP) being organized by The Art of Living at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra.
Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji started The Art of Living Society which is engaged in spreading human values and harmony in the society. The one-week TEQIP-III sponsored a workshop coordinated by Dr Balbir Singh, Associate Professor, SMVDU and Dr Sumeet Gupta, TEQIP Coordinator, SMVDU. Mr Naresh Pareek, Faculty from The Art of Living, conducted a lively workshop in which more than 60 students showed a keen interest and experienced life-changing transformation.
The program focused on how to reduce stress, anxiety and encourage creativity and innovation among participants. The program helped students in improving their learning capabilities through improved confidence and concentration.
