Anantnag: A complete shutdown is being observed in Anantnag District on second consecutive day following the killing of two HM militants.
All shops, school’s, business establishments are closed while traffic movement was also thin on roads.
According to sources forces have been deployed in large number in the town to control any law and order problem.
Two militants identified as Safdar Amin bhat along with his associate Burhan Ahmad Ganaie were killed in an encounter with government forces at Bijbehara area of the district on Thursday.
