The ADGP Jammu Zone decorated the officer at a piping ceremony attended by FA/CAO Provincial G.P. Fund Police Cell ZPHQ Jammu, Accounts Officer ZPHQ Mukesh Sharma and Dy. SP Janardhan Singh.
