Talking with a news agency—Kashmir News Observer-(KNO), Advisor to Lt-Governor for Health and Medical Education Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar  told that he has referred the matter to Financial Commissioner to look into, and moreover the situation on the ground does not seem to be so alarming.

“In case of any emergency doctors can be recalled for the duty,” he told KNO.
