SRINAGAR: Dr Farahanaz Rasool, Deputy Director Extension (Trainings) SKUAST Kashmir has been awarded “Dr V G Patel Memorial Award 2020 for Entrepreneurship Trainer/Educator/Mentor” by Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India.
This prestigious award is in recognition of her dedication, commitment, passion, and innovative ideas in promoting and strengthening entrepreneurship in Kashmir valley.
Governor of Gujarat Acharya Devrat, felicitated the scientist in a virtual function organised by EDI Gujarat on 6th September, 2020. Vice-Chancellor SKUAST Kashmir, Prof Nazeer Ahmed in his congratulatory message complimented the Scientist for this achievement, and appreciated the varsity scientists’ efforts in promoting Agri/Livestock entrepreneurship in the valley.
He also emphasized on strengthening of linkages with the concerned departments for bigger entrepreneurial programs for educated youth and women. Director Extension, Prof Mushtaq Ahmad congratulated the scientist for this prestigious award, and wished success in her future endeavours.
