KULGAM: Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Kashmir, Qazi Irfan today visited ARTO office Kulgam and reviewed its functioning.
ARTO Kulgam, Dr. Showkat Ahmad Bhat briefed in detail about the functioning and achievements of the office in the district.
During his visit RTO also inspected each section of the office, reviewed their functioning, and assessed the disposal of online services and pending applications
Irfan also reviewed transport-related issues, IRAD status, and enforcement squad’s e-Challan data. He appreciated the office for its performance and encouraged officers to improve service delivery and ensure timely resolution of cases.
Suggestions were made for better monitoring of applications, prompt grievance redressal, and real-time data analysis. The visit reaffirmed the department’s focus on transparency, road safety, and efficient public service delivery.
