SRINAGAR: Scores of political leaders and activists on Friday offered funeral prayers in absentia for the civilians killed in forces’ action on last weekend in Srinagar and Shopian.
On a call issued by the Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL), scores of activists took out a march from Maisuma to protest the killings.
The participants also offered funeral prayers in absentia for the slain civilians.
