ANANTNAG: Two motorcycle-borne youth attacked a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) man with a stone at Sadoora railway station in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday and snatched his service rifle.
Reports said that two unknown persons attacked the trooper of B Coy 46 BN with a stone and snatched his INSAS rifle.
Both the motorcyclists, they said, managed to escape from the spot with the rifle.
Meanwhile, additional reinforcements have been rushed to the area to nab the attackers.
